Elinor Kleber Diggs (KLEE-burr-digs) works in choreography, performance, photography, videography, and sound
KD is currently based in New York City
They are originally from Saint Paul, Minnesota, and grew up dancing at Saint Paul Conservatory for Performing Artists and TU Dance Center
KD graduated from the Purchase College Conservatory of Dance earning a BFA in Dance Performance with a concentration in composition
They have been fortunate to share work at Kaatsbaan Cultural Park, Gibney: Agnes Varis Performing Arts Center, the Kazuko Hirabayashi Dance Theater Lab in White Plains, NY, the QUEER NOISE New York City Annual Festival, and with Pepátian in The Bronx for their APAP showcase

In 2025, they were selected for the 2025 Baryshnikov Arts Fellowship at Kaatsbaan Cultural Park in Tiovli, New York, the 2025/2026 CUNY Dance Initiative Artist in Residence at CUNY York and Jamaica Center for Arts and Learning, and the Jerome Early Career Residency at Anderson Center at Tower View in Red Wing, Minnesota
Performance credits include Yusha-Marie Sorzano, Christian Warner, Catherine Kirk, Marcus Jerrell Willis, Bill T. Jones, Ronald K. Brown, and Dianne McIntyre
Their current research is primarily focused on the ways meaning can be constructed from fragmented image
KD is developing an artistic practice that integrates all of their artistic disciplines — while staying open to the possibility of exploring new avenues for creative expression
They are striving to create work that acts as a dynamic framework for expressing their curiosities and observations about the world
